Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
Thank you for shopping at Paradise Technology.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, encounter issues with the quality of an item ordered from our online store, or the product you received is different from the photo shown online, you can return it to us for a refund or replacement.
Start by emailing our Customer Service Dept email@example.com to tell them you encountered an issue with the quality of a product you ordered, and let them know if you would prefer a refund or a replacement. Then, we will email you a return shipping label. Just pack the product up in its original packaging and notify the shipping service that your return is ready. They will pick up your return package and send it back to us so we can issue a refund or replacement. If your pick-up address is not serviceable by one of our shipping partners, you will need to ship the return package to our address.
If you encounter a defect or other issue with the quality of a product you received, we will be happy to send you a replacement.
In the event that a product you ordered is not available, we will notify you by email and cancel the order, at which time your payment will be fully refunded.
In Event of cancellation from Buyer side if the product is not shipped buyer can cancel the order and we would refund full amount which is paid against specific order.
Conditions for Returns
In order for an item to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The item was purchased in the last 30 days
- The item is in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet these conditions, at our sole discretion.
